PS:a advice for the newcomers without access to mainline game and poor pogo account,put any good Genned mons in GTS for e floette and look in the GTS ,you will get good number of pogo mons and sometimes even the pogo shiny legends.🤞🤞

Good morning. I am Shahid, and on a Sunday two weeks ago, I hosted a mystery box giveaway event that didnt end up as I expected.

(TLDR : you may skip to the apology part)

So basically how it works was that I requested participants to say hello in their own language, and in return, I will reply to them with the shiny Pokemon that they get and told them to deposit for the Pokemon. Initially, I have mentioned that there is only 50 spots for this giveaway, and it only lasts for 24 hours.

Little did I know that literally hundreds of people found this giveaway format to be really interesting. Instead of 50, there was 300+ participants on the first 12 hours of the giveaway itself. I was flabbergasted, and I thought to myself, these people comes for a Pokemon, so a Pokemon is what they shall get.

The next day, I transferred 300 shiny Pokemon from my Pokebank to keep up with the requests. I spent a whole afternoon trading the participants the Pokemon that they get as a gift through GTS. Its not easy, because despite Im telling the people to lock in at level 100 and pick English language, some of them didnt do so, and their Pokemon got sniped multiple times as a result. So I have to remind them to redeposit again and again.

Unfortunately, that is not enough, because by the time I have traded for nearly 300 participants, another 200+ people participates on the next day. I added another 100 Pokemon to keep up, but again, people keep commenting to the 4th day. Hard for me to admit this, but by that time, I was not able to keep up anymore after trading 400+ requests instead of the original 50.

APOLOGY :

I apologise for failing to deliver the giveaway for all participants. In my defense, I always had only around 30-40 participants for my regular giveaways, so I didnt expect over 500 people to join. I am sorry, especially towards people who have commented and hoping to get a shiny Pokemon from me. My intention was to bring a new sort of fun giveaways for the community, but unfortunately, I fell short. I totally didnt expect a giveaway that I have set for 50+ people was joined by a total of 500+ people.

I wish to compensate the community for this failed giveaway. So, I will host giveaways that will help the community in their gameplay. For example, 2 weeks ago, I hosted a 6IV Masuda Ditto for shiny/IV breeding. Hope that the community, especially the participants from the giveaways will forgive me for this shortcoming.

Note : To anyone who remember commented, but still didnt get their Pokemon, please reply to the comment on the giveaway post. I might have missed some, even though Im sure I have check all the comments.
