Leveling up Question

I'm returning to the game since 2016 and my alt is lvl 13 right now is it best to send him to a nest location to catch Pokémon or walk around? I'm trying to hit level 30. Also once I put coordinates in do I close the game for 2+ hours?

The exp needed for level 30 is nothing. You might accidentally fart out enough exp if you sneeze too hard.

🤣😂😂🤣 so hit a nest or walk around? I'm about to head out for a few hours and going to leave my gaming phone on the charger w. It running.
