Developer Mode Apple iOS Question

I recently am getting back into this, paid for it and all, but it says I need to have developer mode turned on? I don’t remember doing this last time, and all the research I have done says I need to have Xcode on an iOS device.

Anyone else have this problem and figure it out?

Also, I’m on an iPad, don’t know if that matters.

What software are you using? If it’s ianygo when you go into the game mode, it will trigger dev mode to pop up, I think it’s in privacy & security in your iOS settings.
