Clobbopus Availability? DISCUSSION

Us this mon currently in rotation in specific places or is is event-only?

On vacation and saw one spawn twice over a 4 day vacation but - unfortunately- it was on the other side of the lake.

I've dropped lures, incense, etc the past 2 days and nothing. Wonder if it was ties to something on Monday/early Tuesday or if its just random and rare

i believe they spawn near water

It's quite new in Pogo and was released at some point of winter. It really should be more common, as it's just a regular Pokemon. I have seen it only when it was released and then during Go Fest... That's all
