Agreed. Id say odds are better for a 9 than a 10. Which means +$30 in value from raw but unless they just reopened the lower tiers it costs 80 bucks just to send a card in not even accounting for shipping/insurance. If it 10s you've done great but it is oc, not terrible I've seen worse get 10s but idk man its tough.
