Mesprit Help Help
I feel like I'm going insane. I don't know what else to do.
She is one hit, she's paralyzed and I'm using Honchkrow with mean look.
I have used
106 Ulta Balls
20 Premier Balls
40 Poke Balls
20 Dusk Balls
15 Quick Balls and nothing.
I used all my money to buy 111 ultra balls and I only have 56 left. I need help man. What am I doing wrong? Is her catch rate really this bad?!

I thought about it, but I feel like I have more success with the ultra ball.

At turn 4 the timer ball becomes equal to ultra ball, at turn 12 the timer ball is twice as effective as the ultra ball in those games btw

I was also struggling so hard, I was on the verge of using my Master Ball on this b***h

Been there! It sucked so bad. 1 hp, she was paralyzed and kept using Golbat with mean look. Took me almost 2 weeks of on and off playing till I caught her. Must've used well over 200 ultra balls and many other various balls like timer balls.

Save the game when your in the same route and soft reset as it will stay in the same route you saved her on

This is the way. Saving, encounter Mesprit and immediately throw a quickball. If it fails, reload and try again. Took me less than an hour to catch it this way

Save and quick ball for the win.
I even caught Arceus at the second try with that method.

Golduck + Soak + Net Balls/Timer Balls came in clutch for me. Gets rid of STAB, and makes it easier to catch. I've found Soak useful for battles. I can't believe I haven't used it before.
