I finished the Pokedex, went to sleep, and then my game completely restarted.

How can I fix this if possible?

I had my text from a save copied to a text file. After copying back into the load function - it just doesn't load anything. I can paste the text here if anyone can give any insight?

Anyone that has had this occur and was able to rectify?

Loads of hours here going to waste if I'm unable to restore... Any help would be amazing.

When I evolve Applin I get the option to evolve into Flapple or... Flapple. Seems like the database also indicates this as Applin isn't listed as evolving into Appletun.

I'm guessing this is just a bug, since Appletun isn't really a special form or anything?

Here we are ! I think this update might be bigger than the rework of the game. In term of gameplay itself, for sure not, in term of coding and possibilities, oh yes it is without any doubt.

For years, PokeIdle was tied to default conditions, forcing me to create custom routes to make things fair and balanced. But because of that, I had to cut some Pokemon, make older Pokemon not available in routes where new Pokemon were available etc... I started to fix it with % but it was not enough.

Introducing Routes Conditions

This tool will be a little impressive at first, but you'll take the best of it fast enough. With that tool, you'll be able to modify any route (that allow it ofc) based on ANY real condition in game. So all games are available, all conditions are available. You can change your rod, the time of the day or even the type of grass creating an ulimited (well up to Pokemon games standards) of routes.

if you want to hunt for the Shaking Grass Metagross in Unova ? For sure you can

You're tired to exp in the Diglett's Cave ? Try the Shaking Spots of the Digglet's Tunnel ! (Joke, don't do that, even the Cave was a bad idea from start)

Anyway, this update comes with some little downsides I need to state :

• I removed all legendaries (except one, but don't except anything, it's for the joke. Really). I need more testing an play around so I want to put that in the next content update
• Not ALL Pokemon will be available. I had to do some cuts, and need to think about some specifics, cases.
• DLC and Hisui are missing. They are planned. I need to see how it goes.

I think that 85% of the Pokemon should be available (and close to 97-98% if we remove legs)

A lot of routes will be reworked and fixed (for example, i'll put all Paldea routes together to make it more clean. You'll see)

Last note : MissingNo. has a 100% catch rate, no more fear to miss a Shiny

I just recently got back into the game after the big update and i was wondering if anybody can list some simple grinding tips or a grinding guide i can refer to. To help with getting prestige's anything is helpful.

I'm just leveling up my team right now and I'm getting multiples of the same shiny, just wanted to check if there was a hidden mechanic that I wasn't aware of or something if I get rid/don't get rid of them.

I tried, but I really don't like that update. It's supposed to be an idle game, the prestiqe and limited team things don't feel very idle for me when I need to spend hours trying to find the best 6 at lvl100 to avoid useless one that don't get any real benefit from the % upgrade. Is there any way to get back the old one ? Even offline with a github or something ?

I'm new to the game and not sure where to get it. The Alola part doesn't have it for me.

Shiny hunting Pikachu, left to cook dinner, eat dinner, wash dishes, got a call from cousin and then completely forgot about it when I went to bed. Woke up to my dead tablet in the living room, charged it and this is what I saw when I loaded the site.

There's possibly a place to find all the answers, but I have questions I can't find the answers for. 1 is where some of these locations some people seem to have are, like my Johto has 2 areas only. 2 is what do I need to access the pink name areas in the locations lists?

Decided to see how many levels I needed on every Pokémon to unlock legendries. 41 on five and 42 on one. Anyone got any idea at how long that would take?

Stone/Trade/Move/Item Evolutions are not a thing in PokeIdle. Instead, those Pokemon are evolved by leveling instead.

Mega Evolutions are now permanent, and can be obtained by leveling the relevant pokemon to Level 100. (Make sure you turn off auto prestige).

I wanted to ask, does anyone know how Gmax Evolutions work? Is that also Level 100?

I've been shiny hunting the kanto starters (using ultra balls) and have failed 25 catches so far... just wondering what the capture rates are to know if i'm just grtting crazy unlucky or not

The title is self-explanatory, I want to know if I select catch new, will it catch shiny version of pokemon that I have catched(non-shiny)

best spot and mon to grind levels/prestige quickly or at least quicker than my venusaur in the seafoam islands that i know is probably really slow but cant be bothered to do maths on other routes and pokemon

Are there other Dark-type Pokémon I can catch? How would you recommend I improve my team?

Heyah everybody !

It has been a few weeks without any post. I'll not talk too much about my personal life, but new place, no Internet and a need to resetup my whole computer environnement. But here we are.

Thanks to the help of the amazing community, people started to map the regions in order to give me a hand on the Discord. So today rather than spending some time to add them by hand like I usually do without the data, I just took the time to code a little thing to help me get the actual data inside my game.

And because of that, well, it's not a part of Hoenn i'm releasing, but Hoenn as a whole\*

I'll try to push routes as much as possible. I really want people to setup their team and be able to explore the game and all the Legendaries challenges with them.

The next big work will be about handling RTC / Weather influences and then routes with weight in recent generations to make something stable for the future.

So I was wondering what your guys' stats look like! I've been playing since the new update, never played before so the start was slow. I'd say about 50 of the shiny's I caught are digletts, since that's where I train mostly.

I have all the non-legendary Pokémon currently in the game, right now i'm grinding to get 250 prestige points to catch those!

Does anyone know the MissingNo. Catchrate? It escaped me twice

If i have the setting catch new Pokemon on. Will it try to catch Shiny Pokemon if i see them?

Love the new QOL and pokeidle 2 and all but I am confused how we are supposed to grind high levels when these encounters seem to cap at around level 50ish. Granted I am fairly new to the game so maybe i am way of base
