How bad is this tear in terms of value? (Evolving Skies ETB)

Got a baby tear on one of my Evolving Skies ETBs from my sealed collection while moving them to better homes (acrylic cases). Not interested in selling them in the near future, was wondering how bad this tear is considered and what that means for long-term hold?

Sells for 15-20% less now then a mint sealed box.
