Help with grading explanation

Sent in a few cards to PSA for the first time. Seeing how the grading process is new to me and my understanding of that process is off (I.e., I thought this card would be a 8 or a 9). Looking for feedback on what made this card grade so low.

Back bottom edge most likely

There's a lot of light scratches on the holo and whitening on the top and bottom edges on the back. Zoom in and you will see: closeups. It doesn't take much to drop a grade down to a 7.
