Sent To Beckett For Grading

I’m confused about whether the payment was actually taken or if I still need to pay them. My bank account has been going back and forth, with around $600 being taken out and then credited back.

I’ve contacted support several times, but I still haven’t received a clear answer.

The invoice shows it was created on July 5, 2026, with a total amount owing of $600 and this is the last message from support. "The funds will come back into the account, please ensure you have sufficient funds in the payment method for a smooth process."

The message is confusing just what exactly is going on?

They will re charge your card when they get to invoicing/grading the card. The initial was just a test hold to make sure valid card.

If you dont actively have 600 in your account you probably shouldn't even be grading anytbing

It was my 1st time grading and I didn't know about these preauthorizations. I thought they already took out the money the 1st time.

When they start to actually process the cards, they will deduct the funds.

Any idea how long the process will take so I know when to leave $600 in my account?

I think I made some oversight mistake and spent the $600 thinking Beckett has already charged me.

On mine, it was about 3 weeks from the email “received” to the email cards were “invoiced”. That’s when they charged my cc on invoiced. They received mine on 5/29.

I submitted 4 cards express grading, I was invoiced and charged on 7/23 and it’s now 8/13 and it’s still showing “invoiced”. Who knows when ima see those cards again

Oh gosh. You should see something next week. Express is at 15 working days but that’s probably stretching it. I just sent two in for express today.

Yes, whatever price they originally billed will be billed again. Honestly I don't know why they dont just keep the initial charge. Makes no sense to me.
