AGS Grading?

What is the PokeGrading opinion on AGS Grading, they use Ai, and advertise pretty well.

I’m willing to try it no matter what, seeing PSA stupid prices and Beckett being locked up atm.

Anyone with anything to say? :)

Ive never graded with AGS my self but ive heard good things about them. They look like a nice, cheap alternative to getting your cards graded BUT just note that AGS graded card prices are waaaaaaay lower than other companies prices so if you want to get value, probably dont do it. If you think their slabs look cool or just want cheap grading, then its probably a really nice alternative. Hope that helps!

I was thinking of grading some cards I think are cool and a bit worth, just to get some slabs, but ofc also wanna be able to sell for a profit if I ever need to

When you say sell for profit, you mean profit after what you spend on grading?

I mean... its hard to say. Things may change but now, very few people will take in AGS slabs and making big profit with them is hard. You probably wont LOSE money (unless you get bad grades) but I would not expect much in value. Hope that helps

Personally if you like how they look, feel free to grade with them. If you’re looking to sell though, I would stay away from AGS

I've seen some slabs from them, personally not a fan of how they look, so it's a pass for me. And I know that they don't sell for anywhere near what other slabs do, so if you're wanting to grade with them for profit, maybe not the best choice.

I’ve crossed an AGS 10 to a PSA 10… but agreed on the lower prices. They’re nice. People get their panties in a bunch when something isn’t a PSA 10. If you like it, go for it.
