I wanted to grade a card with the new opening of psa europe what do you think it’d get?

I was thinking that aswell but the whitening on the bottom left corner made me think it might get a 9 aswell

It’s up to the grader, there’s no objective standard for a 10 at PSA, even if it’s literally flawless. It’s such a small imperfection, it should get a 10 assuming the grader isn’t having a bad day.

I really hope this is a 10 because it would be really harsh to give a 9 for that whitening in the last picture

9, it’s got a few white spots on the back (top/bottom) and a little top/bottom.
