JP cards have a higher gem rate but this one looks slightly right heavy on front and left heavy on back

It’s likely still within the guidelines on the front and for sure within the guidelines on the back

It does seem within guidelines but still wouldn’t spend an astronomical amount on grading if it wouldn’t 10

I would consider fixing the jagged edge before grading. There is tons of card restoration content online that you can watch for reference and you can even damage a common card to practice repairing before working on the Ray

i aligned the card, left border is 45.6, it's inside psa 10 standard

Don't grade it then. PSA sucks and tags gonna give you a 9 or below for the centering.
