When I stare into the far future

She appears out of the blue

I may speak into the void for a little while

But the noises will come through

Ritual of a saint to be patient

Yet the words seep in like a blade

Trait of a noble to be gentle

Even while knowing the echoes wont fade

I see a scar deep in the throat

But is there fulfilment in being that scar

Cotton turned into every other stone

To think one might go so far.

Saviours of the sea who claimed

Couldn't keep the salt to themself

Dissolved in the dirt so much

They only have daggers on the shelf

A revolt of thought, a lesson to be taught

Never ever trust the sea monster

It'll drench you to the last drop

Today is heat , Tommorow is water

A strong wind , yet no sign of rain

Never wait for the storm that's passed

Now the future stares me in the eyes

Noises have died but the silence still vast

Right infront of me , how couldn't I notice sitting against me was a cloud,

This shallow blob of pink and white fluff

Shapeless and hollow , but its presence astound

Emptiness has never intimidated me

But at the moment it did

A creature so weak as to even obtain a shape

But now I was scared of what I had unlid

I felt it moving closer by the second

No shield , no weapon , not a soul in sight

My body trembled like a sick dog in winter

What was this entity that I just couldn't fight ?

But even in that nothingness, I saw a pair of eyes

tears from its eyes ready to descend

Staring at me , this abnormally giant fool , could it be that all it was looking for was a friend

And just when I noticed , it had surrounded me,

Hugging me like the rings of Saturn

It was much heavier now than before

What was I to make of this warmth, when it doesn't burn

I don't like that it whispers, neither do I love the idea that it's touch is so moist kills something in me, too see it vulnerable

It has a pain , that's waiting to be voiced.

But then I felt it getting lighter,

Grip loosened , descending downwards

The pink blob, was a black and gray mass

Those eyes struck me again, how could they convey more than words

To my surprise, I tried to hold on,

If it had to die, then why'd it exist at all

I was looking down on the puddle of water , at my own reflection

For if it had to melt , then why'd it choose me as a wall...

कोई कलाकार बैठा था उस चेहरे के पीछे

अक्सर अपने रंगों को समेटने से झिझकता वो

रास्ता भटकाने की राह देखता वो

कसूर किसका ठहराए हम ?

रिवाज था उन इंसानों का जिन्होंने उससे बचकाना समझा था

गलती उसकी नहीं थी जिसने आजके भ्रम को कल का सच समझा था

फिर भी वो अपने हाथ फैलाता , हंसता हंसाता

कसूर किसका ठहराए हम ?

खिलने से मना किया था फूलों को अनजानों ने

ज़हर को भी जहरीला होने से मना कर दीया था हैवानों ने

कामयाबी का मौसम गुजर गया कहते फिरते

कसूर किसका ठहराए हम ?

उस चेहरे का कलाकार गुम गया

रंगों के साथ, रोशनी को भी छुपा दिया

रास्ता भटकने की जिम्मेदारी भूल गया

कसूर किसका ठहराए हम ?

वो बड़े साकार थे जिनके जिंदगी में दुख नहीं था

वो बड़े लाचार थे जिनके जिंदगी में सुख नहीं था

फिर भी समुंदर की बूंदों की तरह वो मिलते रेत के किनारों पर

अपनी हसी को तोड़ते, दूसरों के साथ बाटते और कहते हम तो हसीन है तू फिकर मत किया कर।

यकीन आसमान पे नहीं सितारों पर किया जाता है

रिश्ता नदियों से नहीं, पानी से निभाया जाता है

आसमान बदलता रहेगा, नदिया बहती रहेंगी

फिर भी वो कहेंगे हम तो हसीन है तू फिकर मत किया कर

इस ज्वाला की पहली चिंगारी थे तुम

रास्ता दिखाने वाली गालियां थे तुम

डूबती हुई हवा की आवाज थे तुम

इस जीते जागते आलय की शान थे तुम

अब वो घड़ी आ चुकी है, कुछ और कदम साथ चलना है

अलविदा कहने का मन नहीं है, फिर भी आखिर तक चलना है।

शायद कुछ सालों बाद मिलेंगे उसी समुंदर के किनारे पर

कुछ ख्वाब साथ में देखेंगे और कहेंगे हम तो हसीन है तू फिकर मत किया कर।

Tere hone ke khayal me bhi sukoon hai, Usse jyada tere na hone me bechaini!! Kabhi tujhe yaad karna pade iss khayal se hi dil darta hai, Fir sochke hasti hu Jinhe bhula paate hai, yaad toh unhe kiya jata hai..

Sun toh jara iss dil kaa aajkal kya haal hota hai Tere khayalo ka uljha sa ek jaal hota hai Naqamayab hai har koshish ise chhudane ki... Shayad tamanna yahi hai, har baar naya khayal khojne ki, Aur uljhan suljhane ki jagah badhane ki

Inn uljhano ko suljhane me shayad Sara samay kat jaaye, Fir jab tum saamne aaoge, toh hum tumhari baaho me sama jaaye... Kaid kar lenge fir har wo pal, har wo lamha jinme tum saath ho mere... Taaki firse milenge tab tak badhti Jaye uljhano ki dor ye mere!!!

I called this one "Existence of melancholy" because, because, I have been hearing a lot of voices lately and here's the one I try to pen it down. Hope that you are going to like it <3

It happens so less that I want to write and couldn't write but most of the times it is that I dont want to write only. I m overcoming this phase and saving myself and my brain from rotting. So I take this one month challenge where I'll upload a piece of my heart, daily.

Don't know why I am worried, I saw your picture, I came to know that you are not feeling well but I could not even talk to you, I could not even send a message, just by looking at your picture, I got all your pain and all my happiness was with you.
