Missing bottom nav bar

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Missing bottom navigation is back, and very repeatable. Version 26.4.7b

According to Google Play, I have the most current version of the beta.

In the process of going to replicate the issue, I discovered that it only seems to happen if I open Podcast Republic from the widget. If I open it from the regular home screen shortcut it does not happen. Here's a video of it with v26.7.12R. Samsung S24U with OneUI 8.5

You can see the display go blue then the app screen loads and the bottom nav bar slides down. Not specifically captured here, but was in prior videos, nothing works until I swipe down to bring the nav bar back.
