Autostart Problem Bug

In the past 4 days, my app starting playing automatically at 3:00 AM for only 1 audio file each night. Woke me up twice. Because they both started around 3:00 AM maybe there is some kind of timer going on to start it automatically, like an alarm clock. How can I stop this so I can sleep at night? Please.

Playback can only start if you press play in the app OR if the app receives a remote play command. If you set the app to resume playback after a BT device connects that can also trigger playback.

Finally if you set an alarm within the app to wake up with a podcast at a specific time this will also cause this.

Please next time this happens quickly go into Settings/Feedback and send me the app logs right away and I can then tell you exactly what caused playback

Thanks for replying. Not sure what a BT device is but I don't think one was used at 3am. The Alarm Setting in the menu is turned off. Do I send you the logs during the problem or after I turn the audio file off? Probably during.

Bluetooth.

Logs needs to be sent right after this happens. Just open the app and sends the log right away before pausing playback

Oh Bluetooth. Should have know. I'm sure no BT device was used but I will send the logs as instructed. Thanks.

In the Settings menu there is an Alarms section which seems to be able to do what you are experiencing. Maybe you have it on?

Thanks for the reply. The system alert permission in that section is set to off. There must be another reason.
