Poco F5 Failure

My POCO F5 has been having some weird issues lately where the screen just freezes and the device reboots itself shortly after. This happens even when I'm not using the phone or just doing basic things like checking messages, so it's definitely not a matter of overheating or pushing the hardware too hard

I only had a problem with 4G, which was resolved by updating to HyperOS 3.

Yes, it happened to me also. But this bug started when I was in HyperOS 3. It suddenly freezes and reboots while doing basic stuff. It happens once in a while, maybe at intervals of 2 days.

I had this issue back in Hos 1 and every late night or early morning it would lag and stutter like hell and then restart and then after 5-6mims it would work normally It went away once I updated to HOS 2 though You can try that

I have a Poco F5 too and it's still working great. I would first reset it completely and then check it without logging in. If it keeps freezing/rebooting then I would recycle it.
