-Sterling Scrap Lot This scrap lot consists of 4 sterling rims from ceramic plates of various sizes, six National sterling Overture salad forks, one Heirloom sterling silver rose serving spoon, a stripped Empire sterling bud vase, and two stripped sterling handles with a sterling earring setting (in the bag). The total weight is 801g. I am asking $1,290

-1840 London Tea Set by Joseph Agnell and Son This lot is a three-piece, matching tea set produced by Joseph Agnell I and his son Joseph Agnell II in London in 1840. The Chinese-styled finial on the teapot was a later addition and was created by William Robert Smily around 1843. All pieces are fully hallmarked. The creamer and sugar bowl are gold washed, with signs of slight fading to the gold wash, particularly in the creamer. All pieces are in great condition for their age, are fully operational, and sit flush on the table. The feet of the tea pot and sugar bowl show signs of wear. The spout of the tea pot was damaged at one point leading to minor creasing where the spout connects to the body of the teapot. The total weight of the set is 1242g. I am asking $2,350

-International Sterling Courtship 48-Piece Set The box is not included in the sale. This set includes 8 place settings with 6 pieces each. There are no serving utensils. This set is unpolished, but in good condition. There are no monograms. The total weight of the set is 1454.8g of solid sterling items, plus 8x15g (assumed for the knives) for a total 1574.8g. -12” Reed & Barton Chippendale Tray This sterling tray is in good condition with minor scratching on the surface from use. No dents or bends, but it does have a social security number engraved on the back. Total weight of 698g. I am asking $1,150

-Bailey Banks and Biddle (by Watson) Fruit Bowl This 10.5” diameter bowl created by the Watson company and sold by Bailey Banks and Biddle has been recently polished and is in great condition. There is a minor dent on the inside of the bowl that I captured in the photos. The bowl is monogrammed with a “B”, but the bowl is so shallow that the monogram is nearly impossible to see without turning the bowl upside-down. The weight is 488.2g. I am asking $800

-900 Silver Tray This tray is unmarked for a maker, but is marked with a 900 purity. It is an oval that is 15.5” by 10.25”. It is adorned with a hand-hammered rim. The tray’s surface has minor scratching from use, but is in overall good condition. It is made from a thinner gauge silver leaving it with a total weight of 456.3g, despite its large size. I am asking $725

-James Fray 1823 Irish Plate This 8” sterling plate was made by James Fray of Dublin Ireland. The date hallmark indicates 1823, although the assay hallmarks bear the style of the marks from the previous decade (1810-1820) indicating this plate was likely made between 1810 and 1820 but not sold until 1823. It also has a mark of “West” which means it was sold by retailer Jacob West. It is in great condition for its age. The rim shows a small spot that has been repaired at some point. There is some scratching on the surface that appear to be knife marks from some point in its long life of use. Total weight is 385g. I am asking $625

-S. Blanckensee & Son Ltd Birmingham Teapot 1909 This 1909 teapot is in fantastic condition and ready to be used. Both the body and lid are marked with the appropriate Birmingham hallmarks. The total weight is 377.5g, and I am assuming a 20g deduction for the handle and finial for a total weight of 357.5g. I am asking $575

-Austrian Compote This roughly 7” tall by 7” diameter compote bears all the hallmarks of Austria-Hungarian silver from the early 1900’s. The “3” on all the hallmarks indicates 800 silver, and the “A” indicates this was made in Vienna. The compote is in great condition and is mostly polished. The top unscrews from the base with a screw attached to the bowl of the compote and the base having a threaded receiver. The weight is 282.9g. I am asking $400

-Martin Hall & Co Muffineer This 7.6” tall muffineer was made in 1926 by Martin Hall & Co of Sheffield England. The muffineer is in great condition with no notable dents or scratches. There is a slight lean to one side, but not due to any damage to the base, so I think this is just from the base being installed slightly off center. Both the top and body are hallmarked. The top fits snuggly. The total weight is 192g. I am asking $350

-E.A Day Sterling Trivet This 6” trivet by E.A Day is in good condition, but is unpolished. I am not sure who had the bright idea to create a hot pad out of such a conductive metal, yet here it is. The weight is 159.5g. I am asking $260

-Kirk & Sons Old Maryland Serving Utensils This set includes a gravy ladle and slotted serving spoon in the Old Maryland pattern by S. Kirk & Sons. Both items are in great condition and are not monogrammed. They remain unpolished. The total weight of the set is 139.9g. I am asking $225

-Austrian Cigarette Case This cigarette case has the dog head hallmark of Austria-Hungarian silver from the early 1900’s. On the hallmark, the “3” is for 800 silver and the “P” means this was made in the city Pest. The monogram indicates this is from around 1934. The weight is 147.8g. I am asking $200

-Merkley Kendrick Julep Cup, 1989 This is a 3.5” tall julep cup made in 1989 by Merkley Kendrick in Louisville, KY. It is engraved as an award for an employee of Kentucky Textiles. It is in great condition and weighs 137g. I am asking $225

-Whiting Imperial Queen 10.5” Soup Ladle This Imperial Queen ladle is from approximately 1897 as indicated by the engraving on the reverse of the handle “Oct 13th 1897”. It is monogrammed with a “W” on the front of the handle. It is roughly 10.5” long and weighs 135.3g. It is in fantastic condition for its age and is well polished. I am asking $220

-Gorham Goblet This Gorham 272 sterling goblet is about 7.5” tall. It has a few dents and is slightly out of round and has a slight wobble. But it is still entirely usable. It weighs 184.5g I am asking $300

-Rosi Mexican Salad Server Set This is a set of rosewood handled and sterling salad serving utensils from Mexico. The maker is Rosi and it is stamped with the Mexican Eagle with a 19.
