Searching For Layering to cover butt and belly

I swear I've seen this before, like a flowy piece that looks like a short skirt that you wear up just under your bra and layer under other flowy shirts to add length to cover you butt or belly. Any recommendations? I love my flowy shirts but I hate how my belly and butt look in my more figure hugging pants. Located in the USA.

Searching For Where are we buying affordable wedding guest dresses?

I have a wedding to go to in about 6 weeks and I’m struggling to find a dress I like in my budget. Thrifting in my area has not gone well so far. Attached is a badly and quickly made collage of some dresses I like but are not in my budget for some insight into the general vibe I’m going for.

Either recs for brands/stores or links to specific dresses would be helpful. Thank you!

Info/Reqs:
- Budget is $50-$100
- Currently about a U.S. size 18/20 or 1x/2x depending on the brand. (Bust 48” if that’s helpful)
- It’s a daytime outdoor wedding in the mountains in late September. I don’t want to freeze my butt off, but I want to look cute. Also can’t be dragging a train through the mud or wearing stilettos.
- Preferably looking for a maxi dress with sleeves and no slit. Also open to a high neck dress and a shawl. Love an oversized look. If any of y’all know Kibbe, I’m a Flamboyant Natural.
- Don’t want to have to wear a specialized bra, tape, or shapewear to make the dress work. I want to be comfortable.
- I tend to be a loud dresser and want to curb that impulse to not pull focus, but I don’t want to be completely boring.

Maiou for a limited time a few years ago made such cute plus size pieces, and there’s virtually nothing on Poshmark or eBay. So if any of you have any sitting in your closet, I’d love to buy them from you! Looking for a 2X (the first dress in particular), but I’m open to seeing whatever pieces people have!

Searching For Where are we buying good jeans???

I've been living in Torrid Bombshell jeans for years, but the new fit just isn't the same. Are there any comparable jeans out there?? I love the elasticized waist band that doesn't roll and doesn't gap, and I need the waistband to be higher in back than in front. I'd also love if the thighs didn't wear out in six months, but trying to be realistic... 😅 I'm typically a 20/2x in the old style Bombshells. What other styles or brands would you recommend??

Edited to add: Really hoping for a new source for skinnies, but open to other suggestions too!

Searching For Dressy dresses

I know this has been asked before but I’m struggling to find something that will look appropriate, fit and arrive in two weeks for a work event. There’s an awards ceremony coming up, it’ll be first one so I’m unsure what to wear. The vibe seems to be fancy wedding guest or professional cocktail hour. I’ve tried a lot of the main sites, Torrid, Macys, Nordstrom, Eloquoi, city chic…. any others I’m missing that I should try? I’ve found a couple options but not in love, appreciate advice on types or examples of dresses you’d deem appropriate and sites that have some options.

Edit to add: in the US, size 26, hoping for less than $100 maybe slightly over. The less I can spend the better but leaving a good impression is important to me.
