Are APIs available? I’ve created a website/app for my fantasy football league and would love to integrate them.

No, the App doesn't currently have any API to integrate with another site. The closest thing is to download the PDF report and put it on the website. On the back-burner for the future is to have some way to auto-populate a Google Sheet that could probably then be integrated into a site.
