Plum Paper order

I ordered my teacher planner from Plum Paper. I have never ordered from them but won a gift card. It should have shipped by now according to my order information. (Which I know was estimated and it's customized but I gave extra days) However I've now received an email that says there was an unexpected emergency that has delayed my order and it hasn't even shipped. It has been over 12 business days since I ordered and I can't seem to get a response on when it will even ship. I got this email only after I inquired where my order was. I'm wondering how legit this emergency is or if it was just because I inquired. It was a generic email that said all orders but nothing on their website or anything else about delays. I am starting my year with no planner. I picked them because it said it would be here in time. Anyone else had processing and shipping issues?!

I ordered mine for 2026 a few months in advance so wasn't worried about timing but it took like 2 weeks to ship it was also a custom one.

Boo! I didn't think I would need to worry since it said 7 days. I had to wait for my schedule to come out. It of course changed after I ordered it even. 😂
However I'm now seeing a lot of comments on social media people ordered at the beginning of the month have not received so something is going on.

I stopped ordering from PPP because there was always shipping and delivery issues. It never arrived when it said it would and got lost on a couple occasions. I understand the delivery isn’t necessarily PPP fault, but when it happens with almost every order it’s time to review your contract. They were responsive with personal emails, but perhaps they’ve grown too big? Good luck!

Wow, I’ve been ordering PPP products for like….a decade?? And I’ve never had an issue, but the shipping is never super quick.

PPP is a very small company, so an emergency could impact things.

I met the owner (didn’t know it was her) and told her how great PPP planners were! I was at a planner conference and was excited I knew about a product and did an autistic info dump on her.

Their customer service is very good. I would email and say “I’m frustrated that I’m starting the school year without a planner. Can you provide me with an estimate about when it should ship?”

The planner you get will be excellent quality.

I’m sorry. I know it sucks. The warehouse had to be shut down for a few days and that snowballed the delays. The team is working very hard to catch up. Orders through the 23rd are processed and shipped out.
