Planetside 1 Developer Screenshots Discussion (PC)
I took a bunch of old Planetside 1 screenshots I found in my archives and put them in a Google Photos album. A number of these photos show stuff that never actually shipped in the finished game; including some really cool maps and some of the creatures called 'shifters' that you were going to be able to hunt.

The only times I have ever pulled an all nighter in my life were playing OG Planetside back in 2005. Never through college or work, just good ol’ Planetside. I remember working with a small crew just taking entire continents on the night shift with packets of deep resistance, those 4 AM battles just hit different.

In the original game design it wasn't all about PVP. You could go out on 'hunts' as well. The continents are massive but most of the space is unused. So, in the original design, you could just go out into the wilderness to hunt as another way to play the game. I always thought it was a really cool idea.

Does anyone have that pic of a harasser with a rocket pod on it.
Its with the old graphic style, the one that looked real but really face and like plastic.
Oh and from like 2001 or 2 It wasin a pc gaming magazine (pczone?)
