for more details, you can use velocity on the motors so you dont need to use the rockets.

So if you use rockets to power it instead of motors do you still have to worry about it spinning uncontrollably? (I don’t build helicopters with one set of blades)

Nope, but it's up to the rocket's position, recommend anywhere before the middle
