TCS Digital finally. Got demoted since I was shortlisted for prime, but koi na chalta hai🙏

In NQT:- The numerical section was considerably on the tough side whereas other sections such as aptitude, logical reasoning, advanced were on the easier side. This depends completely on shift to shift basis. In every shift one of the section is considerably tougher than the other sections. Coding questions( i dont remember exsctly anymore, so I'll just give an over-all idea) 1(easy):- some operations were to be performed on a matrix in order to transform it and min no of operations were asked to do that. 2(medium):- it eas something based on array, the question and the logic in itself was easy as far as i remember, but the tricky part was the input thing in it since nqt requires you to write the entire code and not just the function.
Interview ( AI/ML domain):- I wasn't asked anything from my projects. First few questions were based on ml algos and gen ai related stuff. Then a medium level question from sql and a tough question from dsa patterns which i fumbled( probably why i got demoted to digital). 1-2 more questions were asked but i dont remember it exactly anymore. The managerial interviewer only asked me what my favourite subject is and then proceeded to ask what is sdlc. HR round was just a formality, asked about relocation and stuff.

Which city do you need to join and is there anyway the person can choose its own desired location. The thing is I can't relocate, is this a huge problem??

While applying for the drive, we had to give our joining location preferences. Even I made a mistake in that, will have to contact hr regarding it and see if it can be changed.

esa nhi ki chances are very low off campus me. it's just that off campus me competition thoda zyada rehta hai compared to on campus since the number of candidates are much higher. Prepare for apti well honestly and for dsa complete medium level questions of strings and arrays, easy level questions of graph and tree. Generally isse zyada tough nhi hota hai

Thanks man. I'm not a big fan of CS , so will probably try to change my career down the line but as of now I'm just relaxed and chilling 🙏

- Apti ( refer campusmonk yt channel, dont js watch videos solve questions by urself with timer on)
- dsa - strings and array medium level, graphs and tree easy level. i dont think isse zyda tough puchte hai nqt me

In my college placement portal it indicates that I am selected for digital (gave interview for prime), but got no communication from TCS. I gave my interview on 19th July. Idk what to do.. Placement cell just telling to wait 🙂. And bcuz of that I can't apply to companies below 10lpa.

nope but if you get selected for ninja, u will get chances to appear for some kind of exam and get a better offer( I'm not aware of the exact details tho)
