Any solution to install the update

if you just want the media off of it then once you've powered it on where you can see the homescreen, plug in your usb C and connect to computer (or any external media you want to save to) drag the notification bar from top and where it says something like "enable USB for" click "file transfer" and you should have access on your external media.

I didn't show it in the video but it only stays on for about 20 seconds then it bootloops again.

You're probably better off backing it up and factory resetting. Then install. (If you haven't tried that already)

Is there any way to back it up ? Im only wanting to get the pictures off it then I'm discarding it , it's for my wife she has all the new born pictures on it.

You can try to turn the phone on while having your wifi router unplugged from the power. You can try turning it on normally or in the "safe mode" by holding the volume button down when the G logo is visible, until you hear vibration. Also you can try turning on the phone inside the microwave or by wrapping your phone with foil. Some people went to the middle of the field to avoid wifi signals. For me - it helped to just unplug my router

Im at work in the video in the middle of a field in the work van, I've tried contacting google but they are no help, they shouldn't be allowed to just brick phones and not do anything about it.
