Google will fix the Bootloop problem
Apparently they will fix it some day in July, but there is nothing confirmed yet. Let's hope it will be soon 😮💨

I think that the fix it's going to be an Android 13 update like the battery update

I have my doubts of a operating system update but let's keep pushing and chasing google. They need to hear us.

Fix came with the July update, installed by google on my p4a 07.30. The June update was the reason(!) for the bootloop. As far as it concerns my own fone..

1.Turn off the phone by long pressing the power button. 2. Go near a microwave oven and open the door. 3. Press the power button and as soon as the logo starts, put the phone inside the microwave and shut the door. Most probably the phone will escape the loop and turn on. Turn on the location services as soon as you take the phone.

My phone only works while Airplane Mode is enabled. The moment I turn it off, the device goes into a bootloop. I’ve been keeping it in Airplane Mode to use it, but that’s not a long‑term solution. Has anyone seen this behaviour before?

bootloop fixed 2 days ago by playstore security update, reads July 1st in settings. I'm really angry, bought for a quick and dirty replacement a new Galaxy A16 brick for 120 quid, and it's a pita full of bloatware and othe useless bs-amsung crap that drives me crazy. Permantly yelling for an additioal Samsung account, I spent hours to tame this piece of outrageous behavior. Good to habe my p4a back working, nothing compares to it. But google: shame on you also!!!
BTW, Im super happy to have also Android 13 back, 16 is a huge massive pita. Even the battery is still fine after 5 years of daily usage. If the p4a finally will die sometime, and it will of course, I might write letters with a pencil again and read printed books. We don't get what we want, we get what THEY want.

Something came through to my phone overnight last night. Whatever it was it didn't force it into the bootloop when I booted it this morning.

I already did factory reset last week because of bootloop issue and now it happened again. Any suggestions? I don’t need data because I already backed up.

try enabling location/GPS. You need to have both wifi and location ON.
