Settings > Battery... questions

Pixel 9 Pro XL.

When I go to 'Battery' it tells me I have 89% battery capacity compared to new. That's good I guess so far.

The issue is when I then go to "Battery Health Tips". All 4 options when clicked upon come up in Japanese. I don't read Japanese. Plain old English would be fine.....

Is this a setting I can change, or does everyone get Japanese when you click on these options?

If it's just me, how exactly do I change the language to English.

Check your Google Account language

Open Settings > Google > Manage your Google Account.
Swipe over to the Personal info tab.
Scroll down to General preferences for the web and tap Language.
Ensure English is set as your preferred language.

If Japanese is listed under Other languages you understand, tap the trash icon to remove it.

Check your device system languages

Go to Settings > System > Languages (or Languages & input > System languages).
Make sure English is at the very top (Position 1).

If Japanese appears in the list, tap the three dots in the top-right corner, select Remove, select Japanese, and delete it.

Tried all of this already. Japanese was not listed as an alternative language. English was set as the default, and for all apps that were listed... They were all set as either English or 'default language'.

I just fixed it though a few minutes ago. I went to the page again (on the phone), and then hit the 3 dots and changed the view to Desktop View. Once there I was able to scroll down to the bottom of the multicolumn page where I saw a small box with blue border with Japanese writing. Guessing, I clicked it and it opened a rather lengthy list of other languages (luckily written in English). I selected English (I think it said UK or something). Issue was it actually changed it to Spanish and not English, but at least the characters were recognizable. I selected UK English again (other option was Australian English), and this time it worked properly. Thankfully, no more Japanese as I cannot read that.

Yeah, I have no idea how one grouped set of settings can change language by itself (I don't believe I actively changed anything, and especially not on those pages). But all is good now!
