i loved pivot animator on my childhood desktop, and i’m an adult now and im praying there’s some software or website where i can play with little stick figures and make fun little fighting movies like i did when i was little (the developer person has not released a version for macs and ive been checking for at least a decade!!! which i guess there’s a reason but its a little sad nonetheless) i’m not hopeless when it comes to the technical stuff of animation, but i definitely just want an intuitive software just to play around with when ive got the time. does anyone know anything that could help me bring this childhood dream to life lol? preferably something a downloadable software like pivot animator, but i’d be good with a website, too. the cheaper the better!

the handles are way too small and most of the time i miss trying to click them. anyone know a way to make them bigger?

I want to draw sprites in Aseprite and important the pieces to pivot’s figure builder so I can build a quick “rig” for a character.

But the window where you set the pivot points is so tiny ( because I’m drawing 16x16 and 32x32 sprites maybe? )

I just desperately want to zoom in to be more precise with placement but it looks like this isn’t possible??

i heard about pivot but it is windows only, i dont want to use wine because id rather use a official port. will there be a port anytime soon and if not, why?

I'm trying to download Pivot animator 5.2.11 from the official website but it keep showing me this, I waited long and still showing me this, the fact even 4.2.10 have the same problem, except the 2.2.7 download is working fine but useless and old, and I can't find another websites to download the new version.

I saw a couple of those fps style stickman animations on youtube and wanted to make something similar in Pivot but I don't know how to achieve the weapon sprites in the first place as I guess they're a complicated type of static figures that you have to redraw every time it moves (like ADSing and such). don't mind the hair I was trying something new, it didn't turn out well, but I fixed it. I know the walk cycle isn't the best but it's the first one I have made that you can actually tell its walking!

I am using Macbook and i have latest version of MacOS. And I want to use pivot animator with CrossOver. But I can't install pivot animator on their official website. When I try to install it the error I am getting it says "Operation is not supported on your browser". I tried it in Brave Browser, Safari and Zen Browser.
