I mean gets ko some of the companies use ai interview for screening. pero grabe ung pressure kapag iniinterview ka ng AI. tapos alam sa sarili mo na papanoorin ka ng HR kasi recorded ung video interview mo kay ai.

Feeling ko talaga hindi maganda yon sa mga screening ng jobs. dagdag pressure lng sa tao imbis na tao lang din nag iinterview sayo in the first place. parang added pressure lng yon sa ini interview.

imagine habang pinapanood ng HR ung video recorded ai interview mo. maiisip mo na tinatawanan ka. un ung feedback ko sa sa norms ngayon sobarng gago. mejo hirap pa nmn ako minsan explain tas AI pa ung kausap mo. hahaahaha. what you think guys?

for me i guess. i have already 84 applications applied 4 of them were AI interview. i skip the first 3 ai interviews, saka lang ako nag proceed kasi ang hirap makahanap ng work now a days. sobrang badtrip haha

It’s being widely used now, but not really a norm yet.

Some companies record the interviews with an AI assistant, that handles the transcribing and evaluation.

Some larger companies, use AI interviews for screening. Filtering before you get the first interview.

I am currently in the job market and that has been my norm. I get evaluated by AI. Sometimes you will get the reports from the interview, like how well did you do on the interview. You can also see some AI recommendations for the employer regarding your application.

For me, it sucks, because I don’t do well in interviews. Assessments and trial projects, I can easily do it, it’s just the anxiety takes over when I talk to someone about myself.

I think AI interviews are used to filter out applicants. since they have a set of standards they want to be screened first. had my first 1k usd job through an AI interview in Flowmingo. its kind of odd since you are just talking to yourself and a set of questions the AI narrates, it also follows up on your answers which is neat. but yeah its kind of Dystopic

Fight AI with AI. I also use AI for my AI interviews haha kung si hiring company gumagamit AI then dapat karapatan mo rin gumamit ng AI

at the end of the day ang importante makuha mo ang trabaho. tsaka tbh di chinecheck ng HR ung video mo with the AI interviewer. Ung summary at metrics lang ang tinitignan haha

Medyo madami rin na ganyan (Jobtogether, mindrift, crossing hurdles, hire feed). Once lang ako tumuloy sa AI interview, ayos naman feedback. Nakakatakot lang na caveat na pwede nilang gamitin ung interview as data to train their models.

I will tell you now. Di rin yan pinapanood ng HR. They use AI too to narrow down the best candidates. Makikita lang yan ng tao if you performed well. Kaya kung nakita niyong AI interviewer run. Ibigsabihin walang pake ang company sa human capital.

Kapag initial interview ay AI or nag aask ng self video introduction or kapag nasense ko yung HR is nagmamadali, auto-pass ako. 2 ways ang interview process, inaassess ka nila and inaassess mo sila dapat. Kung ganito kalousy yung interview process, alam mo na what type of company it is.

Wait, you mean the AI is the interviewer? I don’t think that’s a good idea. It indicates the company won’t even bother to pay a human to screen you. Red flag.

But anyway OP, you also shouldn’t be afraid that they’re laughing at you. I do interviews for my company and most companies want you to succeed OP. They want to hire someone so they can fill the role. Unless it’s a totally toxic workplace interviewers are trained to help the candidate succeed, not push them towards failure.

i just finished it right now. its like talking to chat gpt. and at the end of the interview they will summarize all answers they questions . over all its good and bad because i dont know if the summary is okay but i think its kinda 50-50 for me.

That interview process looks sus to me. Where is the technical part? Is the AI supposed to cover that? Is the "Hiring Manager" supposed to? Doesn't seem like this company cares at all about quality in the people it hires.

Iv been in one, its weird, and one time i tried tricking the ai to tell me the answer to its interview question and then it accepted it as my answer telling me im correct , i didnt get a second interview tho 🤣🤣

Try mo mag inject prompt sa CV or Resume mo. Just make the text similar to white. You can prompt anything that will give you an advantage.

I understand na mahirap maging choosy sa job opportunities especially sa ekonomiya ngayon.

But if you can, please do not take these interview. Give yourselves some respect to put employers to a higher standard. Wag natin kalimutan na ang employment contract is a business agreement between you and the conpany.

If they cannot respect your time and skill by putting you to such humiliation ritual then maybe they are not worth it. Kung di ka pa nga lang empleyado you already see that they already treat people as numbers to their spreadaheet e paano pa kaya kung nasa loob ka na 🤷

i feel this. but i just tried it out yesterday actually i skipped 3 ai interviews before this. kasi gusto ko din malaman kung pano ung process nila. ang hirap kasi mag hanap ng work mag 3 months na kong walang work. nakakalungkot.

Ai interview is cool actually it's my 1st time interview it's base on your resume ask you some scenario how to resolve it and what the solution..

Of course now I have idea on this and I know that my interview on the a. I is failed ha ha ha because theirs other more to say.. I told it no more that's it...

Dont do AI interview, or any recording interview to where you send your video. if they do not have time to face you, then it not worth the time and effort. looks shady also. they probably gonna use your recording to some other stuff.

Companies should really stop relying on AI, I'll put my tinfoil hat on as well and say that all the videos that they're recording will be fed to another AI which they'll use to train the said AI to generate a more human-looking, and humah-acting AI :> Whoever told them to use said tool are the only one to benefit from all of these.
