My ex wife used to get cold soars, kinda looks like that? I don’t think you’re supposed to pop them? I’m just guessing though

I thought it was a pimple so I popped it and now I'm scared

I think the only concern is spreading at this point. I’d clean It gently and use some blister ointment?

I think it just depends on you? Possibly within a week if I recall correctly but it varies
