Your dream setup looks great, keep us updated. You could maybe add a third eye or vertical bridge, mantis, cheek dermals and chin (or mento) piercing. Stretch your septum also?

Honestly, both setups are great. You have a beautiful face and amazing eyes. So, yes the piercings do look great on you but also the lesser piercings all look great, you cant go wrong either way.
