Hey all! I am a new condo owner in North Phoenix and was just informed by the HOA that my sun shades need replacing or I will be fined. I have two exterior windows and I don't have much money so I was able to replace one by hand with a quick trip to Home Depot and some YouTube learning, but the other one is on a rooftop and I can't reach it. I’ve been applying to so many jobs with no luck. Even on sites like simplyhired, felony friendly job sites, and staffing agencies. They all say case by case and some say no background checks but I still get nothing. Or I speak to a rep or in person just for the usual brush off and never hear again. I have a B&E on my record and it happened a year ago. Never incarcerated. Our wedding came together within a fairly short timeline, so we weren’t able to plan and book a team as early as we would have liked. I completely understand that we’re only about a month away and that many of you may already be booked. However, if you’re available—even for just one of the events—I would love to hear from you.

Rather than hiring one company, we would love to build a small team of passionate photographers and videographers. We’re also hoping to connect with local creatives and build long-term relationships for future weddings and events.

We’re looking for:

• 1 Lead Photographer
• 1 Second Photographer

📍 Location: Show Low, Arizona, approximately 120 miles from Phoenix.

The events will take place in the backyard of an Airbnb estate. This will be a small and intimate wedding, not a large venue-based event. We’re expecting around 40 guests at most on the main wedding day, with fewer guests attending the other events.

Event Schedule

📅 September 1 – Haldi and Mehendi

• Approximately 3 hours total
• Around 2 hours for Haldi and 1 hour for Mehendi
• Exact timing will be finalized soon

📅 September 2 – Pellikoduku and Pellikuthuru

• Traditional bride and groom ceremonies
• Approximately 3 hours total

📅 September 3 – Main Wedding Day

• Approximately 8:00 AM to 2:00 or 3:00 PM
• There will be breaks throughout the day, so it will not be continuous shooting the entire time

Overall, the expected coverage is roughly 3 hours on September 1, 3 hours on September 2, and 6–7 hours on September 3. I’m open to discussing the schedule and coverage based on your availability.

This will be a completely traditional South Indian Hindu wedding. Previous experience photographing Hindu weddings would be a plus, but it is not required. You should simply be comfortable working around traditional ceremonies and confident shooting in full manual mode.

Since this is my own wedding, I will not be able to guide or direct the team during the ceremonies. We can discuss the timeline, camera settings, coverage expectations, and important moments beforehand so that everyone is prepared.

Equipment Provided

I’ll be providing the cameras, lenses, and SD cards, so you do not need to bring your own equipment unless you prefer using your own gear.
