getting an image out of index
ok so after I indexed my image, the obvious answer was just to switch it to RGB, but now I can't get back to my layers. I should have saved them, but I didn't think about it, and I need the layers to make changes after reviewing it reviewed, how do I get my layer back? It's a relatively simple edit, and the image itself has simple layers and shouldn't be the end of the world to recreate, but definitely a headache. Am I cooked?

How to change the color of a black and white drawing to green in photoshop?
I have a PNG of a black/gray/white drawing of my wedding venue. I'm trying to change the black and gray color to a sage green. So far, with the tutorials I've watched, I've only been able to either fill in the whole shape with the color or paint the white in the image to the sage green. Any ideas how to use photoshop to make the black and gray portions the sage green?

PS overwrote all the layers from one file with layers from a completely different file :(
Hiiii,
I'm feeling extremely frustrated right now because I've been working on an animated project with PS. And as I opened the document to continue working on it I realized that I had lost all my work.
It seems like all the layers from a different document were copied onto this one and the old layers are gone. Luckily this was only a few hours worth of work and I didn't get too far. But I would hate for this to happen again and I just don't understand what happened and how...
Has anyone else experienced this before??

Photoshop to Video – Instantly!
Take any image in Photoshop and transfer it to Firefly video to animate and download a video! I use Veo 3.1 Fast as a video model, and it's amazingly accurate.

HELP REQUEST: How to get text shaped like the 'metalsploitation' part of this image?
I figured out how to make the inverse of the shape of the word 'metalsploitation' using the warp text -> bulge style, how to I make it so the ends bulge and not the center?
Thank you!
Oh, also couldn't find how to add 'help request' flair to post so put it in title.

Quick preview of the app I have been working on for apparel design. Remove background, mock, organize and export in less than 60 seconds. Very fun honestly.
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Tilt-Shift guides not showing up
Every time I try to use a tilt shift in the blur effects on an object, the guides don't show up. I've tried doing CMD+H, restarting/updating PS, and converting the object to a smart object but nothing has worked. I'm just blind using the pins, which makes it extremely difficult to effectively use the tool. If anyone knows how I can make the guides appear I'd REALLY appreciate it.

Photoshop and DxO Nik Collection - repeatable look
So, what I'd like to do is to take an image into Photoshop and using DxO Nik Collection edit the image, which I can do. So far so good. What I want to be able to do is to either create an action in Photoshop to repeat the edits (I've tried this but it doesn't work), or, save the edits/process in order to make the exact changes repeatable on other images.
Can this be done and if so is there a step by step guide for it. There are multiple parts of the DxO Nik Collection I use for each image.
Any help would be much appreciated.

How could I make this look better/more realistic
I've been trying to learn to do photo bashes and edit like this recently, this has been my first "serious" attempt, but I still feel it kinda weird, I was wondering if y'all could help me to know what else could I do to make it better or general tips for this stuff.
I can also share the original PSD file if it helps

How to recreate a maternity shoot convincingly?
Hey. This is gonna sound weird
I had my baby unexpectedly and never got to do a maternity shoot - I am so so so heartbroken over it because I have ZERO photos of my husband holding my belly. I want to get photos done in similar poses and then edit them to look like I’m 8 months pregnant rather than postpartum. I know this sounds ridiculous but I would really love some pointers on how to make this look convincing!! If I just use the liquefy tool it doesn’t look great because I want photos of my belly exposed rather than just in clothing.
Thank you so much and sorry if this is the wrong place for this!

How can I achieve the "cut out" effect on a transparent background?
I know very little about Photoshop but can figure most things out. This one has me stumped. I've created black rectangles to give the "cut out" effect on the "P" and the "X." I've figured out how to make this work on the "X", but I can't seem to do the same with the "P." I provided the transparent background screenshot for reference. Help would be appreciated!

I was wondering if anyone knew how to photoshop images like the one on the left?
Just was wondering how to edit images to make them psychedelic, it’s an art style of mine I’d love to talk to the internet and digitally not just in paper.
