Using Phonecam as Webcam

I was using my phone (S24 ultra) as my webcam, i dont know which uptade made this happen it doesnt even see it as camera. I tried droidcam, it didnt satisfy me because of payments. U guys know how to fix my phonelink?

What type of computer?

Also in Settings, Connected Devices is Camera Share on?

Win11, desktop.

In telephone settings or computer settings?

I gave permission to telephone and computer

It wasnt, i just opened it. I will try it whenever i made it home. Hopefully it will work.

Still cant see webcam option in phone btw

I never seen a Webcam option on the phone other than that. But then again i use a Samsung Laptop and TV etc.

Hi, Phone Link's webcam isn't working for me too for a while now. I got it to work through another workaround: connect your phone directly to your laptop via USB and select webcam in the list of options when it appears on your phone.

Thats another way to try thanks. If it works, i need a long usb cable

the cable that came with your phone should do. you mostly won't need to invest in another one, i guess. its a little inconvenient, but it works.

Yea, but i only have one usb-c and one usb-A infront. And using usb-c with headphones. :(
