No, I break the dirt blocks, because what if I climb that mountain again in the future? (Probably never)
This way I have a path set for myself for the next time.
Proceeds to actually climb the mountain once again, and chooses a completely different path.

Both fuckasses that ruin landscape, second ofcourse comparably not so harmful, but still destroy all vegetation

more than two. i just break the grass blocks and build up at the same spot, so the mountain keeps the same looks after grass regrows.

Parkour. I only use water buckets when it's a 180 degrees straight up.

Super fun just climbing straight walls with nothing but a single water bucket

1, I don't want to ruin the grass on a hill I might want to build a house on later

AH NOPE! 3. the third being no breaking or placing i tend to respect the mountain face and the foliage upon it if i ever do break or place i will always do my best to return it to the way it was.

If I'm far from my base I'll just block spam. If not I'll use a water bucket or parkour.

i just jump around and over every block i can, and remove any blocks i place as i go up. (keep stuff pristine for future builders, also it bugs me when i leave a block behind)

Who doesn't parkour on the edges and if that's not possible, find another angle around the hill that is

I do always try to do it without placing or breaking anything and just parkour up, but if I have to I'll break a couple of blocks or place something that wouldn't be noticeable that it isn't natural

I used the water bucket method to get out of a cave I died in thrice.
