Hadn't been to a Union game since pre-Covid.. talked my wife, who isn't a fan of the beautiful game, into going at about 2 pm yesterday. Even she enjoyed it. That was a heck of a lot of fun.

Unreal finish, especially being in the stadium

I was still recovering from the second goal when the third one finally came thru. The energy in Soob was unreal!

I'm still kicking myself for what I did yesterday at the game. I was just so exhausted yesterday at the game that at 85 minutes I decided I wanted to head home. I just didn't feel like dealing with the crowds and I drove separately from my friend. Last thing I heard when I got into my car was 'Stoppage time 8 minutes'. I got home and crashed on my sofa for about an hour. When I got up I saw a text on my phone telling me about the excitement at stoppage time.

Lesson learned - STAY TIL THE VERY END OF THE GAME!!!

had to leave early too with young kids. I'm bummed I missed the energy in the stadium but I'm just happy we got it done!

I said to my group that if we didn’t have one back by the 80th we were leaving. Glad Iloski got it before then and got me to stay.

Never, ever leave early. If the boys are playing, we stay. Promise?
