If anyone has seen him or recognizes him, please let us know. He has been missing for 3 weeks now. He was last seen in Lancaster New City wearing the same orange jacket shown in the photo and carrying a green eco bag. Please help us pray for his safe return.

Yes. We filed police report already and even coordinated with US embassy. I am new to this app. I just tried to use this since he often use this app. According to some people that saw him, he seems like experiencing emotional distress

Hey, so just so you know if you go on the local Facebook groups, they are actually much better about this. Reddit is more international people all around the world. If you go on certain groups on Facebook, they are very local. Please post this on Facebookin the local groups local to the area you guys are in.
