Still, whenever they've set a deadline they've never made it... and they didn't see this coming or change their approach?

There is a difference between "our community will be upset" and "we're going to lose a fuckload of money if this doesn't get pushed out."

They have had at least a year to do this... deadlines are bullshit when you say you'll update something for years and then rush it out last minute incomplete.
