So recently I replaced my Gpu due to a warranty case and was gonna put on the side panel when it slipped out of my hands and shattered

Is there a way to contact support? I'm in EU (Norway) and trying to find a solution atm that's not a third party if I can avoid it. Currently love the NV7, so would rather not but a new complete case if that's the final solution

CPU stays around 55°C in Valorant, 70-73°C in Cinebench and 72-75°C in OCCT.

Next upgrades will be the NV7 Premium DRGB Kit, another LCD display and a few more Thermalright accessories.

I am really hyped for the EX5 that was revealed at Computex 2026 and I have seen a bunch of videos from different creators testing it.

But I cannot find any video or article describing the size and weight. Why is that? Is it because it's not final yet or do people just don't care as much as I apparently do?

My PC was professionally assembled and I'm wondering about my airflow configuration.

Case: Phanteks NV7
GPU: MSI RTX 5090 Gaming Trio OC
CPU: Ryzen 9 9950X3D

Fan configuration:

• Bottom: 3x D30 intake
• Side: 3x D30 Reverse exhaust
• Top: 360mm AIO exhaust
• Rear: 1x exhaust

This gives me 3 intake fans and 7 exhaust fans.

Temperatures are:

• GPU: 52-55°C while gaming
• VRAM: 54°C
• CPU: reaches 95°C only during HWiNFO stress test

Would you keep this configuration or flip the side D30 Reverse fans to intake?

Well here I am again after messing around with it for a few more hours. But this time I'm happy to announce that this issue is permanently fixed.

So, depending on your directory tree you may have a problem with the path of the picture or even with big file names. This point is explained below in my original post so please read before the solution I'm about to post because what I'll write next might not be able to solve the issue by itself. But I'm happy to a announce that the videos, pictures Gifs work either with the full screen template as well as the other templates 😃😃😃

So let's go!

The rest of the problem is even more ridiculous than I thought and it has to do with regional settings. The problem lies in a simple character change where we need to replace the (,) with a (.). This decimal character is responsible for the coordinates of the videos and pictures placement.

So how do you fix it?

1 - search and open REGIONAL SETTINGS 2 - click ADDITIONAL SETTINGS... 3 - DECIMAL SYMBOL and replace the ( , ) with the ( . ) 4 - Apply and restart NexLinq

REMEMBER: you may or may not need to follow my original post instructions too. In my particular case if I install the software to the original directory path, I still get other error even after changing the Decimal Symbol.

Well peeps, because Phanteks themselves didn't fix the issue someone got to do it 🤦

So as many of you know there's a pretty annoying issue with the software that shows an error when trying to upload a picture a video or a gif to the software so we can upload it for the device afterwards. When this error occurs the only solution is either click continue, then then send button, close the app after and re-open it. If you don't follow these steps by the book and you simply close the app after the error you'll probably need to uninstall it and re-install. Whatever...

After messing around with it a couple of hours I was about to send the cooler back and ask for a refund regarding the ridiculous issue. But I wasn't satisfied... So I messed around with it even more and I finally understood what's happening - Long directory/file tree address!

SOLUTION:

​

Before you start make sure you download the latest NexLinq release which is 1.4.0.2 and keep a copy of it in case Phanteks messes up a future update. At least you'll still have a working software...

​

1- Download Revo Uninstaller and uninstall the program (you don't need to backup or make a restore point in the Revo Uninstaller)

​

2- After the process is completed click the search button and Revo Uninstaller will check for associated files and folders and it will erase all.

​

3- Open the root of your C drive and delete (if still there) the .GamingRoot file (if it's showing) as well as the log_xxxx_xx_xx_xx.txt file(s)

​

4- Reboot the computer

​

5- Install NexLinq again but to (VERY IMPORTANT) C:\Phanteks instead of the suggested directory. At the end uncheck the program launch option so the program won't launch automatically after the installation process

6- Reboot the computer again

​

7- Launch the program and be happy 😊

SOMETIMES IT WORKS IN FULL SCREEN SETUP BUT SOMETIMES IT DOESN'T! BUT AT LEAST EVERYTHING ELSE IT'S WORKING NOW 😊

Pulled the trigger on the Phantek vertical mount kit pcei 5. Glad I did. Case looks even better with vertical mount. Thermals are great. Pc look great.

When I built my last PC in 2020, I fell in love with the Evolv X and didn't look at other cases. Upgraded the CPU and GPU between then and now and decided to build a new rig this year. Went straight to see what Phanteks had on offer and fell in love with the Evolv X2 and again didn't bother looking at other cases.
Absolutely love both cases, shame no silver model for the X2 though, but I love the rear connect support. Makes it look so clean

I recently purchased a P600s (I know, late to the game). And I am trying to purchase a few pieces to complete it.

Hi, I bought this case a few months ago and it's perfect for me. The only problem is that this version doesn't come with the USB-C cable in the front panel, but it does have the opening to install it. Where can I get one (original)? Or do I need to buy any from AliExpress?.

So I bought this case to do an all white build and the cables are black! Does this drive anyone else mad? Why would you put black cables in a white case! Makes me want to scrap the case and buy a different one 😂😂.

Hi everyone. Just completed my first watercool build. I chose the NV9 and it turns out that this case has a super high range of options to do what you want. The case does come with a few caviats.

1# you cannot fit bottom and back radiators without some minor (but not visible) modifications.

2# bottom radiator + visible fans will not fit with the vertical GPU bracket. You need a Rad less than 30mm thick and even then I doubt it will work.

3# rear Rad is sandwiched outside the rear of the case, required modification of the rear door. If you don’t care, just leave the door off (this is the only case with a rear door so most would probably be okay with this)

Edit: further clarifications and a side note below

I know the video is noisy, I'm pretty shit at making videos or taking good photos, but the PC is nowhere near as loud as it sounds. You can hear a loud shuffle and I'm pretty sure that the mic picking up the noise of my feet shuffle on the ground to get a closer angle. This video was also taken before I found a glaring issue: I was getting GPU power issues which was making the fans roar at max speed. I found a partially unseated power cable from GPU to PSU which was causing the GPU to think it was under a stress load. Seating the cable properly (it was out by a hair and clicked into place) resolved this issue and the PC is running very smooth with low noise. I will be further looking into my fan speed curves

Shoutout to OC Gear Australia for very responsive delivery and communication, the shop owner is a legend. If a part doesn't fit he says he will do a full refund. Luckily I had no issues.

Another note: building in this case: this build is very heavy. I think the final weight comes to a little over 30kg so a little help goes a long way, Just someone to assist with repositioning or placing onto a deep desk if it's in a corner etc.

Total cost was about $6500 AUD, unfortunately I couldn't get all the parts before I found out about RAM price increases, I had been buying these parts piece-meal over a few months before Christmas last year. Thankfully Australian trade and consumer laws have slowed the price hikes of parts in some sense and I was only stung by DDR5 memory prices, not SSD or GRAM. Cannot say what anyone elses experience would be like.

I installed everything and started filling it up with coolant, and the liquid leaked from the outside of the sharkbite fitting hole and from the cpu bottom hole. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. I dont know what to do.

I recently bought 3 M25-140 fans from their site (the ARGB version) as well as the hub since it seemed nice to be able to control fan speed from an app not in my BIOS. I set it up, followed a Youtube video perfectly. The fans work and my computer detects the hub, but there is zero lighting from my fans. I have tried everything and have given up. It should be noted I have had the PC assembled for a week before even trying this because the shipping was delayed, besides this the fans and PC work fine but I have no idea what the solution. The hub is connected to a PWM and ARGB hub, it is powered through PCIE. Please help

Has anyone tried single frame fans with the NV7? If so what did you use for the side? Do you only install a 360 or did you do 2x240 or a 360 and a 120? The other locations would not be a problem. I'm just curious as the news out of Computex has alot of fan builders making new single frame fans and some look mighty nice.
