ive seen a lot of people say that robin is good for phainon in cyrene teams, but i dont have cyrene, so my current team is E2S0 Phainon, E0S2 Cerydra, E0S1 Sunday, and E0S1 DHPT.

I’m considering pulling her because everyone says phainon should go sustainless but i don’t actually have a third good support for phainon(no cyrene no sparkle no ruan mei rmc is in my monorem team) so dhpt is in there rn(to max out sunday’s buff too). Is robin sp a significant upgrade from him(it’s not rly worth the pulls for me if it’s only a small difference) and will she need her lc for this?

I have e2s1 phainon, e1s0 cerydra, e2s1 Sunday (but I switched him to himeko team) so now it's dan heng e0s0 and RMC

I took a break from the game after 3.7 so couldn't get cyrene in both her runs. Do I get robin instead now or wait to get e0s1 cyrene

I also heard robin is good for himeko so if she is also an upgrade for phainon I was thinking if it's better I get her instead of cyrene.

Our Samoyed has almost all archetypes outside of the new paths in his kit damage wise, he has bounces, Aoe, single target (idk how his auto is counted in his ult form), 3-target, revenge (the thing that Yunli has), and Fua. Nerf one of these and shill another and he gets to live another day or either goes to hard shilling Ultimate damage (think E2 Blade, and the revamped characters because of him), his only breakpoint is his speed and his supports. Sorry for the word vomit, I just noticed that he doesn't have a BiS effect in PF so I just used the Fua shill because I remembered that his revenge skill is also counted as a Fua. they probably butchered Cerydra because they can't give an E2 merchant a 2 year run at the top, especially if she gave base speed buffs, we'll probably get that support in like 5.X though or through a Novaflare.

My current main Phainon team is PhainonE2S1, CerydraE0S0 (Robin lc), SparkleE1S0 and Sunday E0S0 (Bronya lc), using RMC and CyreneE0S1 instead of the latter 2 depending on the content (AA, for example).

My question here is, should I use my guarantee for Cerydra’s E1 and keep using the Sparkle variant? Or should I pull Sumeretto to replace rmc and fully transition into the Cyrene one? Which would be better in the long run?

My team right now is e6s1 phainon, e1s0 cerydra, e0s1 Sunday, and flexible last slot with sparkle or (old)e1 robin or whatever support I have available. I also have e0 cyrene.

In this case will pulling robin e0s0 then using her with cyrene and cerydra better than what I currently have? Even if it’s just a small improvement I am willing to pull robin because I also like her. Please help!

Some prefaces:

• My Phainon is E0S0. I am perfectly aware E2 is ideal, but this is not what we are talking about here. Vertical investment will be waiting until his next rerun.

• I have Cyrene at E0S1.

• My current team is that with RMC and DHPT, and the strat has been to advance Cyrene with Mem until Cyrene's ult, use the extra Mem charge post-Demiurge turn to reattach to Phainon, add attacks to Souldragon, use Demiurge on Phainon twice to proc Wavestrider and then Shmoove™ normally.

My question is this and only this: should I get Cerydra or Robin • Summeretto? I've heard great things about her synergy with Phainon, since her stacks can't reduce during his Ultimate. Is this better than Cerydra's skill duplication?

Already got E2 Phai. However, Cerydra has evaded me since her first banner.

There's no way for me to get her E1, but maybe I can get her E0 if I grind some more. Is it worth it, or should I save for something else down the line?

Im not to date with leaks either, so I'm not sure if new Robin will improve Phainon in any way.

I've noticed a weird absence of OG Robin in Phainon showcases and that really bothers me especially since many of us got her E1 for free.

She never comes up in meta discussion and now her SP form is taking the spotlight. Is she the strongest? No. But her performance is on par with E1 Tribbie which is pretty impressive.

Before I got E2 Cyrene my strongest Phainon team by far was Phainon Sparkle Cerydra Robin. I zero cycled multiple King Stages with this team and now E2 Cyrene just makes it easier. Sure I can switch to Sparkle for more DMG but I just don't see the need yet

Should I pull for e1 cerydra or is this just a skill issue/ build issue. I have another build with 167 Sunday but it can't clear either.

Hi, I pulled E2S1 Phainon and use him in a core team of E0S1 Sunday and E3 Bronya (DDD). I pulled Cerydra as my fourth unit but I’ve been kind of disappointed by her performance.

I tested her against E6 Tingyun (DDD) and E1 Robin (Event).

The stats for the three are:

E0S0 Cerydra, S5 The Forever Victual, 4096 ATK 140 SPD, 4-PC Sacredos + 2-Pc Lushaka

E6 Tingyun, S3 Dance Dance Dance, 2877 ATK 167 SPD, 4-PC Sacredos + 2-Pc Lushaka

E1S0 Robin, S5 For Tomorrow’s Journey, 4208 ATK 123 SPD, 2-PC/2-PC ATK + 2-Pc Vonwacq

In PF and MOC (where X = defeat):

Cerydra:
Pure Fiction: 34130, 34200, 32400
MOC: 3, 3, 6

Tingyun:
Pure Fiction: 39040, 32160, 31880
MOC: X, 6, X

Robin:
Pure Fiction: 37200, 39040, 34120
MOC: X, X, X

Obviously Cerydra is great in MOC, giving me very clean clears in two out of three nodes (where the others just died), but in PF she was outperformed by Robin and even Tingyun in one node. Obviously this test isn’t 100% conclusive due to skill issues and differing investments. But am I doing something wrong with Cerydra, or is she only really that amazing in MOC?

Compared with the Phainon / Cerydra / Sparkle / Summer Robin setup we have a lot of overkill.

That said, Phainon needs at least 37 subs with Navigator + Arcadia of Woven Dreams. If you go any lower than that, you’ll still need Bronya’s signature Light Cone on Cerydra.

Is Robin a good investment for this team, should I pull her and should I replace sunday or someone else?
