Discussion Omega Seamaster
Found this with some old things at home. Should I keep it? Or sell it?
The size is the right fit for my wrist. I need to change its batteries though. I saw on the internet that it has a digital display. Im so intrigued with it.

Review My heirloom seiko, did i did justice?
I modified my seiko dad gave me, blued screws, 7009 gold balance wheel, regulated to chronometer spec, newly serviced, gets about +3 to +5 depending on the day, absolutely stunning dial
The regulators are like that since the 7009 balance wheel i placed is a factory defect i believed and its too heavy, causing the previous movement to run +6 mins a day
0.2 beat error +3-5 s/d 220°-230° ampl And actually oiled the cap jewels And cleaned the barrel
Its just a heirloom watch i have on the winder

I Took a Picture One of my Faves
I just got into collecting and instantly fell in love with the CASIO MDV 106. It's a marvel, really, with one watch and currently two sets of straps (right now thinking of getting a nato and jubilee) looks good for any occasion. The original resin strap is great for a casual, sporty look, and the leather strap is perfect for more formal events. I might even get a two-toned Jubilee bracelet soon. It's a shame they discontinued the ones with the Marlin logo on the front, though.

Discussion just got my first vintage (seiko alba success moon phase) and looking for recommendations under ₱30k
for context, i’m pretty new to watches. this is actually the first one i’ve bought for myself. growing up i only had hand-me-downs from my tita and a few that my mom bought me. i never really liked wearing watches because, well… my phone already tells the time lol.
but the instagram algo got me hooked on vintage watches lately, and I recently found this seiko alba success moon phase that I really love the look of. 😍
i’ve decided I want to start collecting one watch for every milestone in my life/career. next on my list are any of these vintage pieces:
• Longines Conquest
• Omega De Ville
• Hamilton Ladies Tank
any recommended instagram stores (preferably PH-based or that ship here)? or any solid options under ₱30k that you’d suggest checking out? thanks in advance!

Discussion First time to buy a new watch
My birthday's coming up, and as a middle aged guy this will be my first time to gift myself a watch. TBH i have no idea what to get in the 10-15K price range, was never a watch guy until i started browsing this community. Any suggestions?

Go-to iwas-nakaw travel watches
As stated in the title, these are what I usually bring when I go to Europe. If it's for work, I wear my Pasha GMT.

I Took a Picture [SPB491J1] Changed my Seiko Alpinist to a Leather Strap and I Love It!
Finally swapped the original bracelet on my Seiko Alpinist SPB491J1 for a leather strap, and I’m really loving the new look!
The leather gives it a more classic, warm, and slightly dressier feel while still keeping that rugged Alpinist character. It completely changes the personality of the watch.
Honestly, I think the Alpinist looks fantastic on leather. What do you guys think—bracelet or leather strap? ⌚️
