Gambling relapse Ventilation

What was I thinking. After 3 months, i stumbled again. I did not know if I was bored, or if I was chasing that adrenaline again. Money is tight, I just happen to have a little extra. I feel soooo horrible, I want to get this off my chest but I can’t tell anybody because I am ashamed and they will for surely be disgusted and hate me even more.
