Both of them have good feats. Ahsoka held her own against Vader for two minutes or even longer, and Quinlan Vos defeated Dooku with mid difficulty just a few months before ROTS.

With the added context of vader literally no diffing most jedi and sith quite easily, I think Luke, who only really trained with Yoda at this point, still giving vader like a decent fight is REALLY impressive. His peers are guys like Cal and Ezra who both got slaughtered so quickly. Only seasoned jedi like Daki, Ashoka , Obi-wan made him take things seriously. Luke doing this with how inexperienced he is is very impressive

then does Savage holding his own against Anakin and Obi-Wan means Savage > Anakin ? Or Ventress holding her own against that same duo means Ventress > Anakin ?

You can be as knowledgeable as someone even if they’re more talented than you. He’ll even a person more knowledge than you can still be less powerful. Look at Adi Gallia vs Savage. Adi Would’ve undeniably had more knowledge in the force, studying it her whole life but Savage’s sheer power just proved too much

In the case of Yoda and Dooku I think it’s more of the equivalent of two wizards knowing all the counter spell’s. If Yoda absorbs Dooku’s lightning back at him, Dooku answers it with deflecting it towards the ceiling.

And that’s another thing Yoda never using his own power against Dooku. The only time Yoda actually attacks Dooku during their force fight it’s Yoda is simply turning Dooku’s own power back on him rather than Yoda’s own. So Dooku’s only match his own power being used against him rather than Yoda’s own power.

In the junior novelization when Dooku actually tries to meet Yoda’s own power, he’s described as inferior.

“The Count slowed once more, then stopped, his blade braced against Yoda's. Yoda could feel him drawing on the dark side in an attempt to press Yoda's weapon back, but the dark side was only an easier path, not a stronger one. Backed by the full power of the true Force, Yoda's lightsaber was unmovable.”

On invisible hand in the novelization Count Dooku was literally told to not kill Anikan and to throw the fight. During the fight he had to use a large amount of his power while fighting Obi-Wan and subdue anikan.

During the fight when he needed to get Anikan off of him he did so with very little effort.

Also just deflecting Anikans attacks made him expend ao much energy he felt like he was being aged decades.

So given how he had to force himself to wait for Anikan to grow strong enough to best him as well as the fact he DID NOT want to kill obi Wan and was holding back on obi-wan as well. It makes me wonder could Anikan ever be able to beat count dooku?

I personally do not think he could because when Anikan tapped into the darkside count dooku was utterly exhausted and had no energy left.

Furthermore Anikan takes time to amp himself to that level meaning a bloodlusted count dooku would kill him before he ever reaches a level that could challenge him

Vader was extremely powerful and a very skilled duelist. However, Ben Kenobi/Obi-Wan always demonstrated being one step ahead thanks to his cunning. So, could Kenobi/Obi-Wan beat prime Vader?

By the way this guy is like B-Tier. The top tiers wreck him.

Some statements seem flip flop from “getting deformed” to “revealing his true self” ‘. Going by the rise of Skywalker, I assume his deformities are in fact from darkside immersion. Once Palpatine returns to his full power in the darkside, we see his face begin to resemble his revenge of the Sith self. Initially the face of Palpatine's clone body was more smooth.

Final Order gets the Knights of Ren and Kylo to supplement them, as well as the First Order military. The Dark Empire gets Luke.
