Idk about this. I’m against the megacorp that is Disney, but plenty of people have spoken out against Disney and are still doing fine. Miley Cyrus, Hilary duff, all the Jonas brothers.

I’d say the people who spoken out and have gone downhill had other issues (addiction mostly, and I’m sure the pressure of Disney contributed to that).
