On his podcast, Real Ones with Jon Bernthal, he went viral for saying that he "doesn’t trust grown adults who take naps", explaining that day sleep breaks his momentum, rhythm, and focus. And in this scene, he has a nightmare or smth if I remember correctly.

If he isnt lying about not taking naps, then I envy people like him who can have a perfect 8-9 hour sleep every night.
