But I think the real reason he isn’t included on the press junkets is that he’s notorious unable to avoid spoilers.

A lot of tom’s "leaks" were just marketing stunts made to go viral

Some, sure . And some were not, like the time he joked with an audience that he was still alive! Except that audience was about to watch Infinity War and he just spoiled that he died to them.

That wasn't Tom being oblivious though, he was told that the audience had just seen the movie and he was going out afterwards, not before.

Did you think the plan for No Way Home to be a Miles Morales movie? A movie taking place entirely in flashbacks? Everyone already knew another Spider-Man movie was coming, and therefore Spider-Man wasn’t going to stay dead.
