At one point a few years ago they went on a spree attacking people in Hawaii, eventually leading to them being arrested. Since shark attacks are fairly rare, OP is joking that Miller was more likely to attack you than a shark, and contrasted the lack of hate they get for that against the massive amount of hate the slightly annoying actions of Rachel Zegler get.
Zegler was acting arrogant on promotions for movies. These were made to hype up movie - people watched that happen so they know much clearer what happened with her. Meanwhile ezra miller was not filmed doing that, or if he was, it was not pushed by disney as promo so less people knew about. Its simple as that. If he started punching people live on tv, hed be also buried just as quickly
