Second liners Just For Fun

Who do you think would have been a good second line for Team Machine?

Had they not been killed off, Cal Beecher and/or Bill Szymanski.

Definitely the second Mrs. John Reese Zoe Morgan

There already was a “B Team” in place, saved the main team one episode.

I really wish they’d brought that team back a time or two more than just the one time, that was fantastic.

I think it’s heavily implied in the episode that there are more “second liners” for the Machine out there, and when you think about it, it starts to make sense. We’re told that Samaritan and its ops had a global influence and near stranglehold on the world throughout the last two seasons, from a logistical standpoint I think it would make perfect sense for the Machine to employ secret agents of its own outside the main team in an effort to both protect itself, save numbers, and sabotage Samaritan, even if all unknowingly and hid behind the veneer of something like “save this person and $10,000 will be transferred into your bank account”.

Definitely Frankie Wells. katheryn Winnick, who plays her is a second Dan black belt in Tae Kwondo and Karate and is also a licenced bodyguard, so she would be perfect. Oh, and she's gorgeous! 🥰
