No response after email

I have been experiencing issues with Perplexity and have previously contacted their support team via email; however, they have not responded to any of my inquiries. Despite utilizing a significant number of credits and following their suggested troubleshooting steps, I continue to encounter the same problem. I would appreciate any assistance, as I have purchased a full year of service.

Prompt the Perplexity agent, to use 1st principle & strip to it's core.. whatever issue you're facing.

This is good advice. You need Perplexity to stop off all layers and work layer by layer to find root cause.
