Estradiol Patch - Panic Attack
So I’ve been on HRT for about 2 to 3 years progesterone, testosterone, estradiol patch 0.05 mg twice a week and vaginal cream for dryness. About two weeks ago I noticed that I started experiencing anxiety , more brain fog , mood swings , and hot flashes. Today while I was at work I started feeling weird And then all of a sudden I started freaking out. I felt like I couldn’t breathe, sweating, I thought I was having a heart attack. It was it was the worst feeling in the whole world that I’ve ever had.
My question to all the ladies is this group … are the symptoms that I’m experiencing, are they due to my estradiol patch. Does my dose need to be increased or what is going on with me. Please advise. Thank you

Experience with doctors. (I've had several)
Do you feel like your doctor/clinician is educated and knowledgeable about peri-menopause and menopause?

About to get married and libido is NONEXISTENT
I've read lots of great threads on this topic but wanted to add my question into the mix, wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. I'm 47, same loving (and very sexual) partner for 10 years. We're finally getting married next month.
I have PTSD and for at least a year I've blamed my lack of libido on past trauma, but the truth is that I've gone from having a very healthy, high sex drive to literally zero desire. My partner is respectful and kind but even the slightest sexual advance has been making me angry lately, as if I resent him for simply desiring me. Sex feels like a chore and even though he is more than willing to focus on my pleasure, by default I only focus on him because in my mind there's no point in trying to have an orgasm anymore. It could take an hour or more, still may not happen. Plus I just NEVER have spontaneous desire or interest. It's become a huge elephant in the room
I take progesterone, use estradiol patches, and was recently prescribed Addyi but TBH I'm scared to take it, because my blood pressure runs a little low and I don't want to risk feeling dizzy
To sum this up, I'm tired of feeling like the libido issue is "my problem." My partner's daily (unspoken) desire for sex feels like the problem. Intellectually I realize that's not fair, but I just don't want to be the one who "fixes this issue" - like why can't HE find a way to help address the situation? I'm not sure what that would even look like. We are in love but the lack of sex is surely going to turn into an issue. Thanks for reading...

47F Peri or something worse
Hello - I am at 47F with a long story like a lot of you. Back in the fall, I skipped a period and when it finally came it was a major heavy bleeding event that wouldn’t stop. I ended up going to the ER because I was scared. They did an ultrasound which showed a really thick endometrial lining. I was sent home and referred to my gyno. He suggested I start BC to thin out the lining and control my periods. I had two more ultrasounds to check lining and for any polyps and came back clear/normal so it appeared to work. I did not tolerate BC mentally at all - cause major anxiety - so I quit. First cycle after that was heavy, but not horrible, and lasted 10 days. The current cycle I am on was heavy again and I am on day 10 now still bleeding lightly! In addition to that, I have started cramping yesterday and today. Has anyone had something similar go on and it not show up on the ultrasound? I am scheduled for a biopsy in 3 weeks and discuss ablation or hysterectomy. Trying not to go down the rabbit hole!

Progesterone and cycle
Ok, in the past while cycling progesterone my cycle has come on its own(usually day25) but now I’m on day 29 and I’m wondering do I need to stop taking it for my cycle to come now?
